We are located at 967 Commonwealth Ave., in Boston, MA.


From the West:
Take the Mass Pike to the Allston/Cambridge Exit. Bear left to Allston onto Cambridge Street At the fourth set of lights take a left onto Harvard Ave. At the next set of lights take a left onto Brighton Ave. which becomes Commonwealth Ave. The Paradise will be 1/2 mile on the left.

From the South:
Take 93 N to the Mass Ave exit. At the intersection, at bottom of ramp take a right. After 1 mile take a left onto Beacon St. to Kenmore Sq., stay to the right. This will be Commonwealth Ave. The Paradise will be 1 mile on the right.

From the North:
Take 93 S to Storrow Drive to the Kenmore exit. Take a right onto Beacon St to Kenmore Sq. stay to the right – you will end up on Commonwealth Ave. The Paradise will be 1 mile on the right.


Take the Green Line (B LINE) to The Pleasant Street stop.


Metered parking is available along Commonwealth Ave on a first come first served basis. The Pleasant Street stop on the MBTA “B” line (Boston College) is right across the street from the club.

Tickets may be purchased at the Paradise Rock Club, 967 Commonwealth Ave., Boston M-Sat 12-6pm. A service fee is added to each ticket.



Tickets purchased online (ticketmaster.com) or by phone (800-745-3000) are subject to standard Ticketmaster service fees which vary by ticket price.

The Paradise Lounge is located just inside the front doors adjacent to the entrance to the club. On most concert nights it opens one hour before club doors and offers great food and music with 4 huge flat screen TV’s. For most shows it remains open after the club has been cleared. Our Box Office

Tickets are not replaceable and should be treated as cash. Refunds or reprints are not available. Tickets should always be purchased from our box office or www.ticketmaster.com. If tickets are purchased from anyone else, they could be counterfeit or stolen and therefore will not be honored.

‘Scalping’ is a slang term for the unauthorized sale of event tickets. This practice is not permitted on the grounds of the Paradise or Brighton Music Hall. Anyone who is attempting to ‘sell’ tickets at any price (even if it’s being sold below face value) will be asked to leave the premises.


Hearing disability – if you need an assistive listening device, please contact the box office at 617-562-8801 at least 2 days in advance and bring a credit card for deposit while the device is being used.

Mobility disability – we have an area stage left set up for an unobstructed view. (Please call us to reserve this area.) We have an accessible bathroom just inside the front doors.


All shows at the Paradise are 18+ unless otherwise noted. Patrons MUST present an official government document, State I.D, Birth Certificate, or Passport to enter the club. College IDs only accepted with birth certificate or non-liquor State ID or military ID.


Club doors usually open 1 hr. before show time.


The ATM is located down the hall just upon entering the club floor.



Is available during the colder months and is located at the back left corner of the club floor.



Readmission is allowed with the appropriate stamp given to the patron by the ticket taker.


Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the club. Readmission is allowed for this purpose.


The consumption of alcohol is prohibited by patrons under the age of 21. Anyone violating this by law will be evicted and the alcohol will be confiscated without refund. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver’s license, MA liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be at least 21 years of age. (Duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and drivers licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted.) Patrons with MA ID cards will be required to present a second form of identification (e.g. credit card). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age. Patrons between the ages of 25-30 who provide an out-of-state driver’s license will be required to produce a second form of identification (e.g., credit card) Rhode Island patron’s between 21 and 30 years of age must present valid, non-duplicated state issued driver’s license and will be required to present a second form of identification (e.g., credit card). Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested to produce identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated beverages. Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on the premises will be subject to eviction. We retain the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.



May be purchased until approximately 30-45 mins after the main act goes on stage for sales of that night’s tickets. Advance tickets’ sales for future shows ends when the main act for the night goes on.


Backpacks ARE NOT allowed inside the club.

Non-professional cameras ARE allowed inside the club (i.e. instamatic cameras and cameras without detachable lenses) unless artist prohibits.) All types of recorders are NOT allowed inside the club unless allowed by the performing artist.


Weapons, laser pointers.

Weapons Prohibited:
Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. We do not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may not be checked in. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, and knives with blades over 2 inches in length. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the venue.
